its twenty sixth of the month again.

*ROAR. its a happy sign. x)

weather is kinda on the happy mode today. its breezy and cooling and you can even hear the chrips of the birds along with the usually HDB households noises.

i just had a wonderful head massage leaving me feel happy and relaxed... but cant go sleep yet cause i have to head out again. hahaz.

weekends are just not the days to head out shopping or to town. its crowded and filled with people that you feel that its more like looking at the latest fashion and dress sense of singaporeans rather than shopping for something you like. not only that even if you want to head down to the beach or a park for some sports, picnic or family gathering, there again you see big crowds. ohh well, we have to do with that in our small and cosy country.

anyways, just read the news, Singapore is doing quite well in the latest commonwealth games! hahaz. =)

shir woke up early today and decided to blog! heehee.

the past few days after not working have been pretty great! (but it means spending lots of money)

i met up with val and caught the movie "shaggy dog" on wednesday. it was pretty pretty nice and funny and quite touching in certain sense. den we headed back to clementi for dinner and had some catching up with the old times. (: and after that for the first time in her life, val treaded her eyebrows. the outcome was pretty nice! and den.. i went to cut my fringe. (still not very used to it but val said it was nice.) LOL.

thursday, had this little really nice lunch at palm beach restruant. hahaz. i think that they food they served are reall nice. after that, headed down to meet him. (really missed him so much. left the last few weeks of holidays. hopefully, can spend more time together.)

and friday, went to celebrate jane's birthday. -smilesmiles. we had a great time eating and eating and eating. hahahz. besides just that, we watched "yours, mine and ours. " it is really a funny funny show. ( i loved the little pig in the show. SO CUTE!) we even headed down to Jane's and Terence's work place. its a nice nice exprience. (exchange programme. hehe.)

this past few days, i really think that im very blessed. =) i learnt how to treasure everything i have, and even everyone around me.
if anytime, you feel that you are unlucky, look around you and on the brighter side of life, you are not so unlucky after all. for everything that happens, i feel that there will be an underlying message behind it. count your blessings and tell your self i am lucky! and you will be. =)

sometimes its just weird how things turn out to be. it does not only takes time for people to drift apart. it involves committement and efforts of both party right? sometimes it might be because we are all living different lifes as compared to the days before and our scheldue and different happening pulls us away..

i must say im quite glad that im still quite close to some of my secondary school friends and we still keep in touch once a while. =D but quite sad that im not as close to some people i have used to be in the past because i have tried my best to stay close.. but somehow it didnt work out the way we want it to be. hopefully after this year of A levels, we will continue to hang out and have fun!
it takes 2 hands to clap.

i guess no matter how busy you may be, its still important to look back, reflect on those who have made an impact in your life, bringing you to where you are today.
thanks to my friends who crossed my path, and playing a role be it small or big in my life, contributing to who i am today. =)

only when you really need someone, you know who are those that will stand by you no matter what. and those you call true friends.

today have not been a super good day because i was feeling terrible all over. and it aint a nice feeling. =(

its shirley's rest day today. =)
after working for the past few days i finally have some time here to update my dearest blog. =)

working have been quite fun. i have indeed learnt several new stuffs and on top of that, made new friends with the people i worked with! teehee. at least, the stuff that i am selling are interesting to read and understand. some games even kept me addicted to it. hahaz.

you are also exposed to the reality of life and see different people from all walks of life. even thou all of us are human beings, you see how they lead a life totally different from you.

but sighs. im down with slight fever and a splitting headache today so here am i resting at home. but im sure tml i will be all recovered and feeling better! heehees.

wow. the past few days past in a flash.

lets see...
i met up with haihui and weibin! its been a long time. we had a great catching up time. but unfortunately, we met some people with totally bad service attitude. eeeee, shall not go in detail.
next, met up with SU! we have got full attendance of 12 people today. WEEEE.
dinner was great! we all spend about $88 for one dinner and headed down to WCP for the night breeze. i think it was quite a nice gathering especially after so long we have got full attendance. =)

yupyup. its fun catching up with friends. you get to see the how everyone changes through the years and how the friendship has become. i remembered SU started off with 8 people, now with amost 12-13 peeps in our gang. hahaz.

its going to be busy busy for me from now till mayb the end of the month. so probably blog less the next few days! heehee. =X not that i want to but no choice.

will be working at expo:hall 5 from ten to ten on most days.
i really hope to do this job well. hahahz.

saw this really nice sunset today. its bluish purple with light pink fluffy clouds. just then, memories of him flood through my mind. =X its telling me how much i missed him. oh well, he is my cotton candy, sweet and nice with an after effect of contentment, always. =)

woke up early for a refreshing mac breakfast followed by this really funny movie: pink panther.
of course, with the company of my dearest that made all these possible. =)
i missed him so much now. even thou we met after 5 days. =X

i realized i have been kinda emotional this days. i guess it must be the end of the school term kinda thing. =( it has always been like that. i do hope i will meet up soon with my classmates and keep in touch with them. i will always remember those good fun times we had in PD0106.

the guys who like playing games and scolding #$%^&* and saying "wheres my mana!!!"
however, there are guys that will play quietly like jon goh (mature woman) hahahz.
the SBs who really matched their names as the number 1 to the number 4. =X always seems to be together most of the time esp during lunch time. heehee.
the malay girls you all often brought laugher to the class in some way or another.

*daphne~ i will always remember that you like wang li hom. ;)
*moses that will really make a good polictical leader. and dun be jealous of my tou hua~ =X
*andy i will always remember the pokemon thing so you better be a good snorelax (if it is spelled that way) in your pokeball. heehee.
*weizhi remember those laughters we have esp during the enterprise lessons.
*hazel (: remember those times we pour our hearts out and give each other advices while sharing stories. and our similar fashion sense: "i nearly wanted to wear like this today!"
*beth that talks super fast and everyone goes "huh!" but i have gotten use to talking to you and understanding the way you talk girl.
*nelly you always disturb me and hit my butt! and you like green =X
*maimanah remember the time we were suffering together and was there for each other. heehee. especially those powerpoints we used to made.

the rest of the class, i loved you all loads. =) i will always remember those special and happy times we shared as a class. lets still keep in touch okie~

catching up with friends feels great.

today i caught up with some people i missed:

*KRSS teachers (esp those that made an impact in my life(:-

through the years, some people changed, some remained the same. but our teachers looks more stressed with more winkles. =X poor them.

but i had fun~ =)

its nice catching up with people that means something to you especially those that walked with you though part of your life.

Val and i shared loads of memories through sec one all the way to now, which adds to about 6 years and counting =D. even after the sec 2 streaming, we were posted to the same class again. we been through alots of thick and thin, happy and unhappy moments with smiles, laughers, hugs and even tears. they ranged from suffering from chim maths, gossips (=X) all the way to those days we meet super early for sports day or to even help with the house cheers all the way till late late at night. i guess those were the days and the unforgettable memories that will always stay between us and carry on our friendship.. -giggles.

i missed all my teachers too. they really cared alot not only for our studies but also for our personal welfare. =) they constantly nagged at us and gave us pile of work! but it all paid off when our results were out. we had to complete our POA, maths, sci (bio/chem) and even eng tys. i still remember those days mrs tan made us stand on chairs outside the class and practically the whole class stands on chair outside the class. hahahz. we had to balance our chem textbook on the window pane. lols. those days were so memorable. just today mrs tan said that after our year, standing on chairs outside was ban by our princple. hahahz. just how lucky the juniors are. =P

=) nice thinking back about those times like they just happened yesterday. just imagine how fast time flies~ treasure all the wonderful memories before it is too late.

=) its the pinkpink day today. -winks.

its also... offically, last day of school for shirley. gringrins.

we took lots of pretty pretty pictures. cause most of us are in pink! (right moses! =X) lesson was pretty interesting as we were dealing with the "supernatural beings". and we had lots lots of stories to share. hahahz. plus we all had this super finger lickin' lunch of KFC and PIZZA HUT combo. =P

come to think about it, i just completed my poly life-year 1. i went through a whole year in the RP-tanglin campus, eating the same kind of "boring" food and climbing those stairs. doing PBL, working in groups, writing repeated RJs and even hopping down to town whenever we feel like it. no doubt the unhappy times there have been, i'm really going to miss the school, the squeezy classes that i studies in during semester 1 and 2. most importantly.. i will miss the people, who came into my life and became part of my memories, my happiness. through out this one year, i grew up, i been through lots, experience alot of new things, made lots of wonderful friends and had lots of fun! not to mention, found my dearest. =)

life is indeed fulfilling.
