((: on Deepavail public holiday, i manage to catch a nice movie downtown. it may sound childish but, i went to watch High School Musical 3! haha. can you believe that i didn't watch part 1 and 2 yet i decided to watch part 3 in theatres that day.

However, overall i'm going to rate the movie: 4/5 stars! I thought it was a good movie ranging from the choreography of the dances and the art direction of the movie, everything complimented one another. The dance steps and the lyrics of the song goes well with the story and not forgetting the pretty and handsome stars who sang the songs with their mightlyful voices. I thought it was a simple and sweet story. Something to bring out the younger soul in me. It made me feel so happy and cheery after the show ended. sweeet. (: And the bonus of the show was to see: Gabriella. This is the first time i watched this show and i thought she is sooooo cute and pretty! haha. she just got me mesmerized to her bright cute eyes and her charming smile! and no matter what she wore, she just looked so hot and pretty. hahhaa.

okay, enough on ranting.
2 days to Halloween celebration!

Halloween is one of the biggest event we have in school thus, preparation for this event is rather big too! today i stayed back in school to decorate the lab to make it look gloomy and scary with the black draps all over and the bats, spiders and other scaryyyy stuff. It was kinda cool thou. ((: It is offically my first time being involved and participating for a Hallloween celebration and it is indeed quite exciting! haha. i was like nearly surrounded with all the different kinds of candies, chocolates, sweets and gummies for the trick-or-treat event whereby the children get to visit neighborhood areas around the school and collect the candies for their little trick-or-treat paper bag which they designed themselves. so cute imagine all the little ones dressed in various outfits travelling around. haha.

I will surely upload photos for that event! hehes. and, for that day, i will be dressing up as a cow-girl with a nice brown hat! couldnt get hold of the boots thou, so lucky we are partying indoors, so, no footwear! =x

till then; happy halloweens in advanced! (:

)): feeling so depressed.

and i still cannot imagine i drop/lost something so important to me. something that stayed by myside daily for the past 2 years plus and now it is gone... ): it was the first of something that was given to me and i dont know how i drop/lost it. my angel, my darling angel. ):

what's worst to add on to it was that im having this super bad headache that has been with me since monday. and it doesnt seem to go away no matter how much rest i have or what. any vigrous actions like when i suddenly stand up or look up from writing will trigger my head to pound like crazy. ): sighs... i really hope this recovers and goes away soon.

and i hope to have you by my side...

Last sunday was the first time in my life that i went Hari Raya Visiting with all my working collegues! Altogether, we visited 7 different houses during the entire day. Lucky we had 2 cars to transport us around as we travelled from jurong to yew tee, to tampines and woodlands. haha.

I learnt alot about the Malay culture through this visiting and it is really different compared to the chinese culture as what we celebrate on chinese new year. Every house that we visited, they will prepare TONS of food. not just home-made cakes and cookies, but cooked food like lontong, curry, randang, noodles, chicken wing and some which i dun really know the names. And its considered rude if you do not eat. so no matter how full you are, you got to eat a little of everything. They take pride in preparing and cooking lots of food and drinks for their guests which is not just snacks and cookies like we have during CNY. But i must say, the food were all very delicious and i was really really super duper full by the 4th house. but still, for respect i tasted more various dishes by the next few houses. and one of my collegue's was so sweet to prepare brownie and ice cream for us when we went to her place! (:

besides that, not only the married have to give out green packets. so long as you are working and that you have a stable income, you got to give green packets to little ones or children who are studying. So i saw all my un-married collegues giving out packets to other children. haha. lucky we chinese do not have this custom and we can collect red-packets for longer period of time. lol.

Apart from that, i really enjoyed myself visiting their houses, getting to know my collegues better by chit chatting, cam-whoring and disturbing one another. haha. And it was so cute that all of us, even the chinese collegues like me who went visiting to dress in Malay traditional clothes. (: and my collegue lend me this pretty blue outfit i lovee! ((:

group photo at one of the many houses.

see my collegue's family. and the one on the left is my student! so cute. =X

and, i would want to experience visiting again next year! ((:

before i know it, its friday again. it's like the week just gushed by me. no doubt im looking forward to the weekends, but den again, im dreading for school to start in nov. ):

i don't really like studying, what more studying while working at the same time and even on weekends. ): i wonder what kind of people i would meet in my course? probably all females i guess since it deals with early childhood. but i hope that i will find people around my age, or people i can clique along with.

i really wish for a little get-away now to somemore peaceful and relaxing. but i guess that is not something that will happen now. no doubt i do love my job, sometimes i really hope that time will rewind to the period of time where im studying in poly where the only things that you have to worry about is RJs or UT? and i can go watch movies/shopping/walking around after school and tons of wakeboarding during the weekends. but now, weekends are all burnt getting some life around the city, catching up or even working and doing work related stuff. ):

sigh. i really wish i have like 8 days a week, so that i will have an extra weekend to enjoy and catch up with friends, family and love.

sorry for making you read all my rants.
anyways, have a happy weekend.

recently i've been rather hooked to online shopping. looking at all the pretty sites to pass time. not that i have alot of time on hand, but it just makes me feel relax and take away my stress for the moment. haha. well, but still i have yet to see anything online that really tell me to 'buy it'. lol.

other than that, there's alot coming in my calendar to work on. such as class deco for term 4 to be completed; school's concert to prepare the kids for; teachers' performance to prepare; halloween celebration; hari raya and deepavail celebration all to be happening within this month! so much to do yet so little time.

as time passes, i still cannot imagine that i've been working there for close to 3 months already. and dreaded for my night classes to start next month where i gotta upgrade my skills and learn pre-school education - teaching. its going to be one and a half year of night classes, weekends burnt and work all at the same time. haha. well, i hope it will be fun and i'll get to meet tons of friends. (:

***

on brighter note, im sooo hooked on season 2: gossip girl.
its super awesome. all the handsome hunks and pretty babes. gosh, its even better than season one to me. haha. and its tons better than the book itself. (:

and how the show always end with:
you know you love me; xoxo. gossip girl.
