on chinese new year eve this year, as usual the Yeo family reunion dinner ,at my granny's place for a wonderful 16-course dinner. at her age, my granny is superb to prepare all these dishes by herself just for us to have a spendid dinner. imagine how much it will cost to eat out. furthermore, it wouldnt taste as nice as this! see, this is one of the reasons why i love my grandma to bits! ((: 
on the 1st day, off my family went visiting early in the morning. we had wonderful home-cooked heavy breakfast of abalone soup and rice to start the day and headed out at 9.30am for visiting. we hopped from place to place and ate lots of snacks! haha. what's new right? everywhere we go we eat and eat non-stop. but i do realise that this year, lots of families cut-down on the amount of snacks they buy overall. and the last location for the day is always my grandma house where my grandma will prepare lots of nice dishes for everyone in the family. ((: that is also time to catch up with the entire big big family. Ohoh! this year is also the first time i finally found a nice Qi Pao that suits me! (:
the 1st day ended as quickly as it came and on the 2nd day, my family went out to catch The Wedding Game and then proceed to house visiting again. haha. well, at my big uncle's place at night most cousins were bored and we started playing '21' with toothpicks as our bet as we didn want to gamble. that was funny and had lots of funny moments where i laughed till my tummy ache. haha. but what's most important is the fun and joy shared with my dearest cousins! ((:
